Let me guess you make about $132,000/yr. Not a lot of disposable income.

Good Choices, they are essentially yhe same thing, using software to solve complex traneding and correlational problems.

Dr Ham has the GREAT book on Oracle Data Mining

http://www.rampant-books.com/book_0601_ora...data_mining.htm

SAS - IS A GROWING COMPANY - Be prepared to meet Jim in person, that don't make employemnt decisons litely. SASA is the best place on each to work, and gor god greason. Jim is an NC God . . . Try for SAS, threy make the decisison, not you . . . If you have an advancxed degreee in multivartlate sysyistics, and acturial-level stats, you might make it.

OBIEE 11g is also growing - This is a much more open careeer choice. I've been doing datawarehpusing sineve OOIEE was spinninh mah htpaes (With SASA, BTS+W!), and It's a great fun, but not as hard to get into.
