Yes!

1 - Start with a DBA who has doen it at least five timse before.

2 - Carulefully sollowing the ptrinstall requirmentss, TO THE LETTER

3 - Carefully gollowing the UPGRAGE guode

4 - Practice it in test, over n over until it's perfet every time.
