Sir, Is it possible to bulid a trigger in order to make it fired when one executes a select query on some table..?

No. Triggers are created on DML statements (i.e. insert/update/delete). See here http://www.dba-oracle.com/t_ddl_triggers.htm

If you're interested in knowing who selects against an object consider Fine Grained Auditing - http://www.dba-oracle.com/security/fine_grained_auditing.htm
