Full Version: OracleDBconsole<sid_name> does not start

HI
have Oracle 10g on windows XP .OracleDBconsole<sid_name> is no longer starting whether it set to manual or automatic sevice ,because of this unable to connect Oracle Enterprise Manager.
I'm novice...
please let me know solution.

Try using emca to re-install the console and verify thatv your environment parms are set correctly.
