Hi Everybody,

Urgently need your help.

I am new to Oracle Portal. Please guide me how to use Oracle Portal to publish data from the existing tables in Oracle database 10g. I wish to build up a sort of dashboard showing statistical information and trends...

Grateful if someone could advise me how to start, where to start, what are the issues to be considered.

Also wish to know with your experience whether it is worth going for Oracle Portal to build up an enterprise portal with prime objectives to publish data from the Oracle database and to share knowledge. Or, are there other products which you would advise.

I believe that it takes a four-day course, just to get started, and weeks of practice to become proficient:

There may be some books on Portal, you might check Amazon . . .
