Hi DBA s

My OEM dont start and returns error.

C:\>set oracle_sid=mtupshdb

C:\> emctl start dbconsole

Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control Release 10.1.0.2.0

Starting Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Database Control ...System error 1069 has occurred.

The service did not start due to a logon failure.

kindly cut&paste full error stack here. just saying systemerror 1069 is not sufficient to pinpoint the issue.
