"I need to create an instance with the oradim comand."
Well, you are screwed . . . .
Oradim will not create anything:

Have you not at least read the documentation for this very simple command? What part of using oradim do you not understand?

I have read the documentation in the previous posted link but there explains only how to startup and shotdown the database.
Not how to create a database or a service at least.

type oradim at the command line, it will give you the options - oradim is on of the simplest tools to use and documented in a million places on the web - look it up and dont be lazy
