Hi,

Did you check v$archive_gap?

select * from v$archive_gap;

*******************************************

Do you have missing redo log files?

select sequence# from v$archived_log;

select max(sequence#) from v$archived_log where applied='YES';

You need to check to make sure that all the redo logs have been transported to the standby database.

If it's stuck, stop the MRP process and FTP the logs.
