My firewall is disabled and in the sysman log directory i have these messages in emoms.log file. Also i have recreate the DBConsole and the problem still persists.

When i try to upload the xmlfile through emctl upload agent command i get this message
EMD upload error: uploadXMLFiles skipped :: OMS version not checked yet..

Any help would be much appreciated, i have tried all workarrounds but still no luck. I think something is happening with Permission Rights...

Thank you in advance
