Hi,

I am getting error in alert log file something like this:

WARNING: inbound connection timed out(ora-3136)

while on checking SQLNET.LOG file it is showing :

Tns error struct:

ns main err code:12541
TNS:12541: TNS:no listener
ns secondary error code: 12560
nt main error code:511
TNS:00511 : No listener
nt secondary error code:146
nt OS err code: 0


Please help regarding this....

Hi Sir,


I am using windows ,so not able to execute oerr utility . can you suggest me some other option suitable for windows?

The oerr command can run on windows, from the dos prompt:
