I have started an export of a big schema on a server separate from the database server.Export started fine but it ended abruptly.On checking the export log I got that there are no error messages for the failure.Can anybody explain me as to what could be the reason for the failure.

Hi Muneer, and welcome to the forum!

Datapump export will always report errors!

I suspect that the GUI is masking the problem.

The expdp utility was created as a command line function, and I recommend that you re-try the export, from the command line:
