I have upgraded my Oracle 11g clusterware and DB to 12.1. Every time when the node reboot the oracle home in the /etc/oratab update automatically by agent with the 11g oracle home.

orcl:/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1:N # line added by Agent

Actually it suppose to be

orcl:/u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0/dbhome_1:N


Pls help me on this

You say that Oracle is over-writing your oratab file?

If so, get the oratab the way that you want it and then change the permissions to read-only (chmod 444).
