Hi Friends ,

I am using OSB -10.4 backup software with Linux platform .

I want to few command for see the content details of the tape (From command line only, not using OEM) :


- Wanna see the file backup (not rman backup) contents from command line for a particular tape using barcode
-After taking the file backup , I wanna be sure that the backup completes successfully from the command line

I search the Oracle Doc but don't get the which I need .

I need help regarding this ?

The only toll for reading a data file directly is BBED.

You may want to look at logminer or flashback also:
