We have requirement to run preupgrd.sql on 2000 stores (multiple DB servers), to read each txt file for all 2000 servers is difficult. So we need to write a script to get that output in excel format for all 2000 servers with each pre check column status as passed or failed(with reason). Can you please help me on this.

Thanks,
udayasree

Hi Udayasree and welcome to the forum!

>> So we need to write a script to get that output in excel format for all 2000 servers with each pre check column status as passed or failed(with reason).

For each server, you want to write the data as a comma-delimited format (SPREADSHEET):

Please read:

http://www.dba-oracle.com/t_export%20table_to_csv.htm

With a shell script you can loop between servers:

http://www.dba-oracle.com/t_script_loop_be...s_instances.htm

Hope this helps. . .
